This Privacy Policy explains how the Central Papua Provincial Government's All Day School Program (SSH) Official Portal collects, uses and protects your personal information when using our website services.

  • Student & Parent Data:Name, village address, school of origin, and contact number when filling in the program registration form.

  • Educator Data:Curriculum Vitae (CV), name, telephone number, and certification files when registering as an Additional Assistant Teacher.

  • Development Partner Data:Name of agency, name of representative, email address, and details of the proposed form of social/CSR contribution.

2. Use of Information

All data collected through this portal will be used responsibly for internal program interests, including:

  • Process verification of data on students who benefit from free nutrition and education programs.

  • Management of assignments for 6 accompanying teachers in 100 target elementary schools throughout Central Papua.

  • Contact the business world or development partners again regarding program collaboration plans.

  • Displays public transparency statistics (such as graphical aggregation of Pure Participation Rates without disclosing individual privacy data).

3. Data Protection and Security

We implement digital encryption security standards to protect your data from unauthorized access, illegal changes or data leaks. Personal data of students and educators will never be sold, rented or shared with third parties outside the official structure of the Central Papua Province Education and Culture Service without written approval.

The management of this information portal is subject to the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) in force in the Republic of Indonesia and supports the implementation of accountability mandated by the 1945 Constitution Articles 28C & 31 and the Papua Special Autonomy Law Article 56 paragraph (3).
